Janelle + Trevor had the most beautiful ceremony I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing in March of 2021 at the Walper Hotel in Kitchener Ontario.

After a beautiful and quiet morning of getting ready, Janelle and Trevor’s closest family and friends gathered as Janelle’s dad lead their ceremony in worship. He invited all guests to join in and let me tell you, it was one of the most touching ceremony moments I’ve ever seen and heard. The atmosphere of the entire room joining in, the echoes of singing, just gave you goosebumps as both of their parents prayed over them afterward.

I’ve been photographing weddings for a long time, and every once in a while something so surreal occurs that even after all these years makes me cry. I am so honored to have captured such a beautiful moment for them.
